WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Powdered Lemonade Flavored Drink Mix
- Sugar
- Vanilla Baking Chips
- Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- Lemon Zest (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Empty contents of jar into large bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup melted butter and stir.
- Add egg and stir.
- Add 1 tsp of vanilla and stir.
- Optional - add lemon zest
- Mix thoroughly with hands - the dough will be very sticky!
- Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Drop 1-inch rounded balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten slightly with a spoon.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Move cookies to a cooling rack.
- Enjoy!
