Ferry Farms is an older neighborhood, but has preserved its gracious character. It's very close to Rt. 3, downtown Fredericksburg, and the VRE. This friendly subdivision has mostly mature ramblers, Cape Cods, and bungalows, but many of them have been updated inside with modern features.
